Being a consultant to, a representative of, major companies conducting and obtaining businesses in Asia, we are sometimes perceived as a high risk category of business partner especially with regard to the risk of bribery.

However we do not engage in any form of corruption practices and we conduct our activities in line with applicable regulations and personal ethics.

Therefore, we have decided to formalize our commitment to integrity in this Code
of Ethics that we are happy to share with our different stakeholders.
