All our Partners have to accept the following commitment of Compliance
with Laws and Regulations.

"The [Business Partner] represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws on competition, export, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering or other criminal laws, rules or regulations in respect of the activities contemplated by this Agreement.
The [Business Partner] represents and warrants that no portion of its compensation, reimbursement or any other benefit has been or shall be, directly or indirectly, promised, offered or given to a Government Official for the Government Official himself or herself or another person or entity, in order to influence official action or secure an improper advantage in relation to the business of Bourdier & Cie or one of its Client.
The [Business Partner] represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations on labour and employment, safety, health and environmental protection."
