On 10th January 2013, ETHIC INTELLIGENCE has issued a decision to award
BOURDIER & Cie Business Partner Anti-Corruption Validation with a three-year validity from date of decision. This validation attests that BOURDIER & Cie 1/ has undergone an external compliance risk assessment which reveals no prior convictions and clarifies any links to the public sector, and 2/ demonstrates awareness of corruption risks and has implemented appropriate measures to mitigate them.
